Duties
- Maintain timekeeping systems to audit timecards, enter premium pay, overtime, and compensatory time.
- Provide guidance to employees on processing travel authorizations/vouchers.
- Provide reports on timekeeping, travel, and PIV issues based on compiled data.
- Serve as a liaison between offices and financial service centers regarding timekeeping or travel related issues.
- Explain travel/timekeeping processes, decisions, or policies to employees or customers.
- Serve as a Level II Contracting Officer Representative.

Qualifications
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement.

To qualify, applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade (GS-12) in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Specialized experience is defined as work that involves (1) Maintaining timekeeping systems to audit timecards, enter premium pay, overtime, and compensatory time; (2) Serving as a liaison between offices and financial service centers regarding timekeeping or travel related issues; and (3) Explaining travel/timekeeping processes, decisions, or policies to employees and customers.
Time-in-grade: Applicants who are/were federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements. For a GS-13 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS-12 level. To support your claim of time in grade, you must submit your most recent appointment, promotion, or within grade increase SF-50 (not an award or general adjustment SF-50). Physical Requirements: The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work.
