As an additive mix operator you must be able to:

• Lift bags weighing 50 lbs. to 100 lbs.
• Operate a forklift and skid steer (on the job training is available)
• Work independently without supervision to accomplish tasks
• Attention to detail on product quality
• Work diligently to prepare all coatings for color changeover
• Basic math skills required
• Perform hourly color checks or as needed
• Work with peers in a team environment
• Work overtime or extra shifts if required
• Work safely and report unsafe actions, injuries, and equipment issues to supervisor
