Maintenance Technician
Location: Muskogee, OK

Red River Brick, a premier brand within the General Shale network, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team at our Muskogee, OK facility. This role is ideal for experienced industrial maintenance professionals who enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting equipment, and supporting safe, efficient plant operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant-wide electrical, mechanical, and production equipment
• Inspect machinery, equipment, and structures to identify wear, damage, or needed repairs
• Service, repair, adjust, and test machines, devices, moving parts, and mechanical systems
• Perform general plant maintenance, including welding, pipefitting, machining, carpentry, and basic fabrication
• Install, align, balance, and maintain new and existing equipment
• Use a wide range of hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, and handling materials
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and complete repairs in a timely manner
• Follow all safety regulations and contribute to a zero-harm workplace
• Assist with additional maintenance or operational tasks as assigned by supervision

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience required
• Electrical knowledge and troubleshooting experience strongly preferred
• Post-secondary technical or trade training preferred
• Ability to read, understand, and work from basic electrical prints and schematics
• Working knowledge of NEC regulations
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment
• Dependable with excellent attendance
• Good vision and ability to work safely in an industrial environment

SCHEDULE:

• Day shift position
• Tuesday–Saturday
• Hours: 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. or until production is complete for the day

PAY:

• $26.48 per hour
• Paid weekly
