As an additive mix operator you must be able to:

• Lift bags weighing 50 lbs. to 100 lbs.
• Operate a forklift and skid steer (on the job training is available)
• Work independently without supervision to accomplish tasks
• Pay attention to detail on the quality of the product and desire to consistently produce good quality.
• Work diligently to prepare all dry and liquid coatings for changeovers
• Basic math required
• Perform hourly color checks or as needed
• Work with peers in a team environment
• Desire for the safety of yourself and your peers
• Report unsafe actions, injuries, and equipment issues to supervisor
