We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to safely and efficiently operate a variety of heavy machinery on job sites. This role includes operating equipment such as excavators, loaders, dozers, and cranes while ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.

Responsibilities include:

• Operate heavy equipment, including cranes, in a safe and controlled manner

• Perform lifts, positioning, and placement of materials using crane equipment

• Conduct pre-operation inspections and basic equipment maintenance

• Read and follow site plans, load charts, and lift requirements

• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines

• Communicate effectively with ground crews and supervisors

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating heavy equipment, including crane operation

• Strong knowledge of crane safety procedures, load limits, and signaling

• Ability to read blueprints and load charts

• Valid operator certifications or licenses preferred

• Strong attention to safety and teamwork
