Crowd Management: Monitor and control crowd flow, ensure clear walkways, and assist in emergency evacuations if necessary.
Safety Enforcement: Uphold venue policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for all attendees.
Information Resource: Provide event information, schedules, and answer any questions guests may have.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer literacy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
Starting salary: $15.00 per hour.
