Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate CDL-required trucks and pavement marking equipment
• Assist with pavement marking application, layout, and cleanup
• Perform manual labor including lifting, bending, walking, and standing for
• extended periods
• Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies
• Perform basic equipment inspections and routine maintenance
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, company safety policies, and traffic control procedures
• Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as required by
• project schedules
• Travel regionally and stay overnight as needed
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation as required
• Other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid CDL with a clean driving record
• Clean background check required
• Ability to pass an FMCSA-compliant drug screen and participate in ongoing
• random testing
• Physically able to perform demanding labor in outdoor environments
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Prior pavement marking, construction, or roadway experience is a plus, but not
• required
