We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our night shift team in a clinical care setting serving adult residents. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to providing high-quality care. This position plays a key role in supporting nursing staff and ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of residents during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
• Accurately document medication administration and report any adverse reactions or changes in resident condition.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed, including hygiene, mobility, and comfort care.
• Communicate effectively with nurses and other staff regarding resident care needs.
• Perform routine rounds and monitor residents throughout the night for safety and wellness.
• Maintain proper storage and security of all medications and supplies.
• Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of medication carts, records, and work areas.

Qualifications:

• Active Certified Medication Aide (CMA) license in the State of [Insert State].
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Previous experience in a long-term care or clinical environment preferred.

Schedule:

• 12-hour Night Shift (full-time and part-time options may be available).
• Shift differential pay available.
