We are seeking compassionate and dedicated LPNs and RNs to join our clinical team providing quality care to adult residents in a supportive and professional environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to patient-centered care. This position involves working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the health and safety of each individual served.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to adult patients in accordance with facility policies and physician orders.
• Administer medications, treatments, and document all care accurately in medical records.
• Monitor and assess patient health, noting changes in condition and reporting promptly to physicians or supervisors.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other care staff as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment following all infection control and safety procedures.
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and families.

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted LPN or RN license in the State of [Insert State].
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Prior experience in a clinical or long-term care setting preferred.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.

Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts available (Day and Night options).
• Shift differential offered for evening and night shifts.
