We are seeking an experienced and dependable Fitter with a strong background in steel fabrication. The ideal candidate will have the ability to interpret blueprints, accurately read measurements, and assemble components with precision and attention to detail. This role requires a safety-minded individual who can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Fit, align, and assemble steel components according to blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Use measuring instruments such as tape measures, squares, and levels to ensure accuracy.
• Perform layout, cutting, and fitting of metal parts for welding or final assembly.
• Inspect completed work for conformance to quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Collaborate with welders and other team members to meet project timelines.
• Follow all company safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in steel fabrication required.
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient with tape measures, hand tools, and other tools used in fabrication.
• Must have a strong attendance record and commitment to reliability.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Excellent attention to detail and task focus.
