We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cabinetry, woodworking, or related fields and demonstrate precision, craftsmanship, and consistency in their work. This position requires the ability to read and interpret measurements, blueprints, and project specifications while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Build, assemble, and install custom cabinets and related wood structures.
• Accurately read a tape measure down to the 1/16th of an inch to ensure precise cuts and fits.
• Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Perform finishing work, including crown molding, sanding, and fitting.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow detailed project instructions and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and craftsmanship.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cabinet building, woodworking, or carpentry required.
• Experience with crown molding preferred.
• Must be safety conscious and able to follow all workplace safety procedures.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Excellent attendance record and ability to remain focused on tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
