Workday Intern

Responsibilities

Work with the IT Workday teams to deliver superior services in support of Workday's business capabilities.

Create, review, and execute test cases to ensure specific areas of the ITSM solution are tested and released on time.

Document product backlog items, stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams.

Learn about ITIL and ITSM practices and processes to recommend modifications to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Be self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently as well as within a team.

Possess excellent problem-solving skills and possess a keen interest in learning new technologies and business processes.

Have taken college level classes related to business/systems process design and improvement. Pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or Computer Science.
