Duties and Responsibilities:
Creates roadmap of all projects within the area they oversee, spanning the length of each project
Maintain metrics that track success of projects, including risks, mitigation plans, understanding of budgets and ROI
Lead and facilitate multiple project teams
Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with stakeholders and virtual team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
Accountable for consistency in project delivery: scoping, planning, budgeting, timeline development, and delivery
Able to breakthrough ambiguity and problem-solve issue to drive clarity amongst project stakeholders
Actively work to anticipate and dismantle roadblocks, escalating issues to the appropriate level in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Marketing campaign process experience (agency experience also welcomed)
Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization
Excellent project management skills (PMP or other program management certification preferred)
Strong attention to detail
Extremely organized and highly motivated
Superb written and oral communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong collaborative skills
Strong problem-solving and influencing skills
