The company's products are generally sold to steel service centers, steel fabricators, or directly to original equipment manufacturers for use in a variety of industries, including non-residential, infrastructure, commercial, industrial and residential construction, metal building, manufacturing, automotive, mining, cellular and electrical transmission and equipment manufacturing. Gerdau operates a reinforcing steel fabrication facility in Muskogee that offers a complete range of plain and epoxy-coated reinforcing steel as well as a full selection of related rebar accessories. In addition to the reinforcing steel fabrication facility, Gerdau operates a recycling facility at the Port of Muskogee where they collect, sort, and process approximately scrap into their steel-making operations.
