Position Purpose:

Performs review of loan files to assess compliance with Loan Policy, perfection of security interests, and regulatory requirements. Accurate and timely reviews are required to mitigate the risk to the bank.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review loan files accurately, post-closing (over $250M and all Real Estate).
• Enter trailing documents in tracking system to update/remove loan exceptions.
• Track Loan Policy exceptions and provide reports.
• Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act.
• Complete annual training as required.
• Participate in bank/community activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Thorough understanding of loan documentation.
• Basic knowledge of math/accounting.
• Interpersonal/service-oriented skills and aptitude.
• Ability to build relationships in a team environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.
• The ability to read and understand policies and procedures.
• Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail while still successfully multitasking.
• High integrity and outstanding work ethic; ability to maintain confidentiality is a requirement.
• Proactive; desire to identify opportunities rather than react to problems.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Minimum three (3) years of experience directly involved in the commercial/consumer lending process.
• High School Diploma, or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

• Typically requires sitting for long periods of time with intermittent stooping, bending, and walking.
• May occasionally lift up to 25 pounds which may include the need for independent mobility to: bend, reach, or kneel.
• Visual and auditory skills are required.
