Qualifications: Associates Degree or two years of college. Two years of related library experience. Computer and Social networking experience required. Experience in speaking and making presentations to the public.

Provides outreach to schools and community events. Provides a high level of customer service, performing circulation functions, renewing and issuing library cards and updating patron information and maintaining patron information. Maintains the meeting room calendar, explains appropriate policies to patrons, performs a variety of tasks including Readers’ Advisor. Handles monies in an appropriate manner; collects monies; operates cash register; reconciles daily register transactions. Other duties as assigned.

40 hours per week, includes some evenings and Saturdays. $14.09 hr.
