Job Summary

A Sales Representative is responsible for acquiring new business through soliciting prospects on behalf of Division Laundry Oklahoma, LLC. (“Company”) away from the Company’s facility. Their duties include building and maintaining ongoing prospective lead files for future calls. Prospecting will include but not limited to answering phone calls or emails lead groups, networking, cold calling, and referrals.

Essential Job Functions, Duties and Responsibilities:

· Provide introductory information to new prospects.

· Develop sales leads with prospect

· Secure meetings with prospect

· Complete all required paperwork involved in setting up new accounts.

· Perform customer needs analysis on sales calls to better target proposals

· Schedule sales calls and follow-ups to maximize time in front of prospects

· Provide linen utilization suggestions when setting up new accounts

· Turn in weekly requirements of travel logs, sales call activities and preplanners

· Ensure customers are satisfied with products or services

· Assist with new account installs

· Perform other duties as assigned by Management

· Customarily and regularly engaged away from Company’s facility

· Exercise discretion and independent judgment with matters of significance to the Company, including but not limited to, authority to formulate, affect, interpret or implement policies regarding customer service relations and business operations.

· Attend plant tours when required

· Maintain assigned weekly average of phone calls, cold calls and scheduled appointments

· Generating revenue and meeting sales targets

· Developing and qualifying leads within respective territory to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns.

· Gathering and utilizing business intelligence on prospects to support sales call, product presentations and driving new business

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel

· Maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license

· Ability to function appropriately under stressful conditions.

  • Pass a background check and drug screen, in accordance with applicable laws.

· Must have reliable transportation

· Demonstrates friendly and respectful behavior in the work environment

Preferred Qualifications

· Travel Required: In territory up to 4 hour radius from Muskogee

Physical Requirements

· The position requires considerable sitting, typing and the ability to move and/or carry objects of 25 pounds or more.

· Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

· Ability to hear for safety and awareness of surroundings.

· Ability to drive vehicle

Work Environment

The position requires the ability to communicate in person, telephonically and via email.
