Dal-Tile is currently seeking aBody PrepOperator to join ourMFGTEAM! As theBody PrepOperator,we need someoneto unload and load raw materials,monitorflow ofmaterialand perform quality control checks on product.

Primary Objective

Monitors flow of raw materials throughbodyprep process.

Major Function and Scope

• Unloads raw materials fromrailcarand transports to storage bins.

• Loads raw materials intohopper.

• Monitors flow of material through ball mill and into spray dryers.

• Performs various tests to ensure body materials are within specifications and documents results.

• Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor.

• Follows standard operating procedures.

• Keepsareasafe,cleanand organized.

• Performs other related duties asrequired.

Experience and Knowledge Required

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.

• Manufacturing experiencea plus.

Competencies

Routinely working at a height that requires fall protection.Good oralcommunicationsskills.Good listening skills.Ability to understand and speak basic English
