Incumbent can be located anywhere within the Arvest 4 State Footprint (AR, KS, MO, OK). Remote work options may be available outside of the 4-state footprint upon further review during the interview process.

Job Title: Senior Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineer

A Senior IAM Engineer at Arvest designs, implements, and maintains the organization’s IAM infrastructure to ensure that access to critical systems and data is secure, efficient, and compliant with regulatory requirements. They will integrate new and legacy systems to ensure they work together seamlessly, as well as automating processes to improve sustainability. The Senior IAM Engineer will play a critical role in modernizing the applications across servers and revamping all the internal certificates for various applications.

What You’ll Do at Arvest: (Other duties may be assigned.)

• Design, deploy, and manage IAM solutions and develop and implement IAM policies, procedures, and best practices to meet regulatory compliance requirements.

• Create and execute infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements and participate in the design and development of infrastructure components to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.

• Evaluate the compatibility of new systems with existing ones, develop and execute migration plans, and troubleshoot issues that arise during integration processes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and ensure integrated systems meet their needs and the needs of the business.

• Develop and implement automated processes to ensure the sustainability of integrated systems, partner with stakeholders to continuously improve these processes.

• Document integration processes and procedures while providing training to end-users as necessary.

• Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.

Responsibilities:

Toolbox for Success:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent demonstrated experience

• 5 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting IAM solutions

• 3 years of experience with Active Directory and Azure AD

• Knowledge of security compliance standards (PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOX)

• Broad range of experience:

  • Deploying and managing Cyberark Privileged Access Management
  • Audit/Compliance remediation for access management
  • Enterprise Multi-Factor Authentication Solutions such as Symantec VIP
  • KeyFactor PKI Certificate Management
  • HashiCorp Vault for secrets management
  • Active Directory, AD Certificate Authority
  • Hybrid environment with on-premises and cloud-based resources
  • Scripting languages (Powershell, Python, Postman)
  • Web development technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript)

• Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members

Preferred Experience:

  • Google Managed AD
  • Google Cloud Platform
  • Scripting for automation
  • Leveraging API’s
