Description
Purpose:
While projecting a professional image; Assist branch staff and Bank customers with Treasury Operations products including: Cash Management, Checkmarc, Lock Box, Merchant Services, and Smart Pay Business. Respond to inquiries and resolve issues as needed.
Essential Functions:
- Ensure that customers are assisted promptly in person, by telephone, or electronically by meeting or exceeding Bank standards as identified in the SMILE program.
- Assists with annual audits and risk assessments for Cash Management and Smart Pay Business customers.
- Act as liaison between the various vendors of the Treasury Operations Products and branch staff.
- Assists Bank staff with pricing and sales of Treasury Operations products.
- According to policy, provide assistance regarding Treasury Operations products, new accounts, updating existing customer files, or in closing accounts.
- Meet accuracy and correctness of work standards as required.
- Resolve customer complaints or ensure that the complaint is referred to the appropriate individual for resolution.
- Record detail documentation of customer interactions and transactions, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Verify and ensure that appropriate action was taken in resolving customer problems.
- Other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Typically requires 1-2 years of related work experience and the knowledge, skills and ability to perform the essential requirements of the job.
- Possess and maintain a valid Drivers License for the state in which you reside.
Physical Requirements:
- Long periods of standing or sitting, typing and repetitive motion
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on occasion
