Program Summary
Ever wonder how your favorite beverages get from the supplier to the store shelves? Our 12-week Rotational Internship Program provides a hands-on, behind-the-scenes experience across the full beverage distribution lifecycle. Designed for college students, this program offers exposure to multiple functions within a fast-paced distribution environment.
Interns will rotate through Sales, Warehouse Operations, and Delivery, gaining firsthand experience in the systems, people, and processes that keep products moving from the warehouse to the customer. This program is ideal for students interested in business, supply chain, operations, or sales—and for those who want meaningful experience, not just desk work.
Internship Details
- Duration: 12 weeks

- Tulsa, OK
- Muskogee, OK
- Schedule: Full-time during the internship period (May 18, 2026 – August 7, 2026)
- Format: On-site, hands-on rotations
What You’ll Learn & Experience

Rotations & Responsibilities
Sales Rotation
- Ride along with sales representatives and support customer visits
- Learn how products are sold, priced, promoted, and merchandised
- Analyze sales data and assist with reporting
- Observe how customer relationships drive business results
Warehouse Operations Rotation
- Gain exposure to inventory management, receiving, picking, loading, and distribution processes
- Learn safety standards and operational best practices
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and daily operational tasks
- Understand how warehouse efficiency impacts customer service and delivery
Delivery Rotation
- Participate in ride-alongs with delivery drivers
- Learn route planning, customer service expectations, and delivery execution
- Gain exposure to safety, DOT, and compliance standards
Program Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in business, supply chain, operations, logistics, marketing/sales, or related fields
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Greater than 60 hours of earned college credit (preferred)
- Available for a minimum of 12 continuous weeks
- Valid driver’s license
- Available to work at Muskogee, OK Headquarters or Tulsa, OK Warehouse
Additional Skills/Competencies:
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn in hands-on environments
- Ability to adapt to different settings (office, warehouse, and field)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office package
